BA cadets; what are they like?

For one the guy's a wind up merchant!! A bit of a coincidence it's his first post don't you think.
Secondly if you take a large cross section of people you are always going to get different characteristics, some that will never emerge at interview.
Having come through the cadet scheme myself I can honestly say that there are some really great people and some complete ****** but they are not all tossers nor are they all great people if you catch my drift.
