CTC/ATP Academy

I am interesed in finding out peoples views with regards to the ATP academy in the UK. I have read some topics related to this on PPRuNe and would like to know what peoples views are regarding the idea of getting a job if you're placed in the holding pool.

If anyone could post details of their experience of CTC/ATP and the process involved I would be most grateful. Plus a shed load of beers will be on its way to the person/persons who provide the most information!
