Up the creek without a paddle - what to do next
As you may or may not know, as of 5pm Friday, PPSC ceased trading - ontop of that Pan Am their affiliate in the US also withdrew its JAA services.
Where does that leave those of us who are halfway through training with these schools.
My concern is that following research it seems that PPSC teach the Nav and Tech subjects in a different order to the other schools and am not quite sure what to do.
Having spoken to a few schools I ws given the impression it would be easiest to return for Mod2 at PPSC - something to do with the CAA wanting you to sit all the subjects in the same way ie All residential or All distance learning and me not wanting to start fresh elsewhere.
OBVIOUSLY this is no longer an option!!! Anyone got any ideas?? Any other PPSC students got a plan??

If you've been doing a full-time course call SFT tomorrow (Monday), on (01202) 599888. We are just trying to sort out courses so PPSC students can finish just the work they need, at the lowest possible cost, and of course without having to rearrange accomodation. We hope to start these as soon as possible, so call tomorrow.
End of Module 1 for me but at least I've had the sign-off for the exams. I seem to be in the minority since most seem to be finishing Mod 2 which will probably mean that the schools will try to cater for the masses rather than individuals?

Maybe I am asking the wrong schools, but I am having trouble finding anyone who runs a similar module 1 & 2 split to PPSC and despite the kind offer of one school (who I shall not name incase I use them) to sit 1 and 2 again at a reduced price, not much else seems available for the residential course side of things....

Thanks. Yup, this is **** creek without paddle. Or canoe, for that matter. Let's hope that Monday brings with a few solutions. It's actually worse for me since I fly to the UK on Thursday with the sole intention of attending the consolidation course. At the moment I don't even know whether it's worth coming over. So it's **** creek without paddle. Or canoe. Or creek even!
The sad thing is that without PPRuNe I would have arrived at PPSC a week tomorrow after having travelled several thousand miles to find the door locked. I guess I was lucky that I have a week's notice! PPRuNE - aviator's life support.

Bad news
what subjects are in your modular 2 ?
Have you all tried getting the sign off yet?
I asked for the purple form when i payed for phase 2, mainly so i could get a place at oxford before the BA cadets fill the room up.
