Post Sponsorships

We are coming up to that time when sponsorships are advertised in the usual mags. Now I could buy all the mags every month, but I’m hoping that as soon as they’re advertised, the sound of shuffling CV’s and the licking of envelopes will be heard from Pprune.
Will sponsorships be mentioned as soon as anyone hears anything?

Cheers guys ‘n’ galls,

It's usually mentioned here mate, but I would just stand in WHSmiths for half an hour once a week checking through them !! Buy it if it has the advert, otherwise sod it. I'm sure that's what most do. Still keep your eyes peeled on here though......

Nothing as of yet.

Flight had hardly any adverts in this week.

Well you'd better have a good read of the magazines in WHSmith, because I was asked which aviation ones I read, and was told to describe an article of interest in one of them, at my British Midland interview.

Maybe buying one wouldn't be such a bad idea

Or just read the entire magazine in the shop after scouring the back as I had nothing better to do! Plus I saved my self a few quid, skinflint I know but it was either that or drift around like a f*rt without a bearing...

Guys,

The Airtours sponsorship scheme for this year was originally to appear in Flight at the end of the Month (Aug). However, given recent 'problems' with the scheme, it may not run this year. Having said that, i'd still keep an eye open out I were you!!

Regards,

SF.
