Hi,
I know this has probably been flogged to death, but the search facility won't come up with the goods.
Do BA still pay a weekly allowance, over and above the sponsorship? If so, how much is it these days?
I am looking to apply for the scheme shortly, but need to do some extreme financial claculations!! (shock, surprise).
Thanks for your patience with yet another BA CEP question!!!
Cheers

That's if you're in Oxford (£30).
If you go to Michigan, you get $90 per week, because you won't get any meals at w/ends.
Not sure what the Jerez figure is - perhaps one of the bunch going out this month could post...
As far as money goes, don't let it stop you - there's always a way round it... as mentioned several times b4 on Pprune, HSBC does an excellent professional development loan- I used it to consolidate all debts til when I join BA (actually can then pay it back 6 months after starting on the line). I think amounts can go up to 2/3 of your current salary, or about £8000 (willing to be corrected on the latter - my memory's not that good!).
It's important to emphasise the point that if you want it badly, money will not stop you (esp. when it comes to applying for sponsorships - slightly more consideration is required if you go self-sponsored).
RS.
