Hi Fellow PPruners,
Just to let you all know that I completed my first solo this morning. The feeling of elation is quite hard to match.
For some strange reason, I was pretty calm, didn't panic or fret -just got on with the job in hand -flew the circuit reasonably well and landed ok'ish.
Thanks to simonw, pilot pete and many others for the good luck messages.
Hey autofly if you lived a bit nearer mate, I'd buy a beer in the clubhouse.

Onward and upward is right. Each milestone you reach, you're already looking ahead to the next one. First solo - great. Then there's the remains of the exams, then 3 hours circuits, then nav trips, solo nav, ten hours solo total, check ride. By now you're already thinking about where to hour build for CPL....
Congrats on the solo - it's a great feeling, but keep that momentum going. It's step 1 on a damn big ladder.
