No, Gunman, it's not acceptable. This isn't Ebay, or any other web variation of a boot sale, it is an information exchange. The terms you signed up to on registration forbade you from advertising any service or item for sale on this bulletin board. Those terms are not negotiable, whether you're selling a nav rule or a whole damn flight school. You may think it's unreasonable of me to object, but we are getting more and more people trying to sell things through Pprune. As well as being bloody rude, Danny (Capt Pprune) does not spend many hundreds of pounds a month for our server so that you can advertise for free. Offer him 50% of your takings, for the upkeep of the site, and he might relent - but only if you did it through negotiation before placing any ad on the site.
How would you feel if I came and placed an ad for my old car on your front door?

Exclamation

It is also a breach of copyright so beware. You are also liable to the copyright owner should they decide to pursue you. I suggest you read the licence that came with the software very carefully.
