Not sure about past papers, however, I know Keith Williams (ground instructor at the late PPSC) has put a number of questions together on POF and Engines which are available to purchase at Transair pilot shop. I would imagine that this is good practice for actual exams, but I am still waiting to start my ATPL course, so I don't have the experience of using them!
