Meterology question
Can someone please explain how to get this answer because i do not understand i do kno which is altitude, wind direction and wind speed and temperature but those correct figures are no the same. Every help is greatly appreciated.

First find the right box which corresponds to the lat/long they have given. (In this case it's easy but you may also have to interpolate between boxes).
Numbers in the columns read from left to right:
Altitude, wind direction, wind speed, temperature. To find 3,500ft you need to interpolate between 2 and 5 (thousand feet).
In this case :
05(000ft) 230° 40kts +1°C
02(000ft) 220° 35kts +7°C
If you interpolate between 2000 and 5000 you'll see that 3500 is conveniently half way between the two, so you get:
225° 37.5kts +4°C then match the closest answer.
