RVRs, uk regs vs COMPANY

If first RVR is not reported, so midpoint RVR becomes controlling for the minima.

Company manual states “However, the minimum RVR should be achieved to ensure sufficient visual references to control the aircraft on the ground during roll-out and taxi in relevant sectors.”

EASA you can land but this would go against the company manuals, am I reading that right?
