Post CPL(H) exams: CAA CHANGE THEIR MIND!!!!

After passing all the CPL techs except Principles of Flight, which I failed by two marks, I remembered that in one of the questions I had been sure that all four answers were wrong. I checked with several people, who all agreed with me, and a PPRuNer (N Genfire, you wonderful person!) persuaded me to write to the CAA about it. I got an e-mail from them today, saying that since many standard texts agree with me they're giving me credit for that question, which means a PASS!!!! WOWEEEEEE, NO MORE EXAMS

So it's always worth trying, and writing, and the CAA can change. I so nearly didn't do anything. I'd even booked the resit.

Just shows (again) that they aren't god's gift to aviation knowledge.

Well done Whirlybird!

Now lets talk about that helicopter taxi service between White Waltham and Gatwick for the next PPRuNe bash....
