What is the best flight school in NZ?

I'm looking to change careers at the age of 33 to gain my CPL and become a pilot. Ultimate goal is to be an airline pilot but aware this is quite a way to go. I live in New Zealand and would like to do my training here with one of the Air NZ PFTOs: Southern Wings in Auckland, Nelson Aviation College or IAANZ in Christchurch. I was hoping for some advice from people who had attended one of these flights schools on their experience, whether they would recommend, how easy it was to find a job after etc.

Appreciate any insider knowledge as they all seem roughly the same on paper!
