I noticed in Flight International a 5 day long Performance course at Bournemouth, run by Pete Swatton (the author of the main book that covers ATPL performance). I'm considering going on it as I narrowly missed Perf in the December sitting. Does anybody have any knowledge on this course and if it as any good?

Pete Swatton was my Performance instructor at PPSC, during which time they went bust, but he was very good.
I should think his course would be good, but 5 days when you've already learnt the subject seems a bit OTT.
I went on a brush up at Oxford before my first attempt and passed it no probs. The guy there was young and very sharp, and put it across very well. By doing this you get his condensed key notes and around 120 feedback questions, which were good. It was a 1 day course (8hrs) and for only £100 was a bargain.
Think the chaps name is Chris Perry. Thanks for getting me thru Chris!
