Angel CAE Stage 3 Assesment

Good afternoon everyone.

I’ve got my interview with CAE Coming up in a few weeks, and just really wondering if anyone has any tips, tricks, ideas or guidance on what I really need to be looking for. Maybe I am over preparing, but at 24, coming up on 25 years old. I want to make sure that I get this done first time. Waiting around is something I’ve done for too long.

From my understanding, it is going to be looking at competencies, some basic aviation points, current events (any insider knowledge would be very much welcome here), what the future looks like (again, very open to ideas here) and discussion on the course itself.

If anyone has done this interview, or L3’s version etc. What sort of questions did they ask? Specifically on the competency based questions.

Thank you very much for taking the time, your input is incredibly appreciated.

NOTE : I am set on CAE, the reason I’ve made this post is because it seems on every other one it is littered with people arguing the modular route, I have done my research, and although I appreciate the advice - this is not the route I want to take. With all due respect to an internet forum, I do not want a modular vs integrated debate.

If you have passed the stage 2, you would have received the guidelines on how to prepare for stage 3, read it carefully, attend the preparation workshop, you would have a very good chance of passing it.
