ATPL Validity
I find it difficult to get an answer to this, but here goes. I lost my license about ten years ago do to some vision problems. At the time I was flying 737 for a scandinavian carrier.
What now, if I wanted to get back into this, where do i start as far as license goes?, are my 9000hrs and ATPL worth anything?

No. You only need the ATPL exams to get the ATPL. Once you have an ATPL you have it forever. What you now need is an IR which does require exams, although with the advent of CBIR there are ways around that too. You will need to do a full type rating of course..
