Seeking Feedback on Global Wings A320 Line Training Program

Hi everyone,
I’m considering the A320 line training program with Global Wings and wanted to reach out to see if anyone here has experience with them. I’m particularly interested in:
1. The quality of their training
2. Any insights into job prospects after completing the program
3. The quality of their training and instructor support
4. How reliable their contracts are and whether they deliver on their promises
5. And most importantly, if they’re a legitimate, reputable organization.

They’ve also requested a 5,000 EUR upfront payment before providing the contract for review, which has made me hesitant. I’m not sure if this is normal or acceptable in the industry, and would appreciate any advice from others who may have gone through this or a similar process.

The owner of the company claims to be a well-reputed captain at Avion Express, which adds to the credibility of the training program. However, they’ve also requested a 5,000 EUR upfront payment before providing the contract for review, which has made me hesitant. I’m not sure if this is normal or acceptable in the industry, and would appreciate any advice from others who may have gone through this or a similar process.
Any feedback or experiences would be greatly appreciated as I make my decision.

Thanks in advance

5k before you even see the contract?

Run Run Run

Now if you want to pay for line training which I strongly oppose, at least Eagle Jet can be trusted.

Is asking for 5,000 EUR upfront to see the contract considered normal in the industry? If you're having to ask this question, then I think you have the answer already - no it is not. Their website/info looks like it's been put together by a 10 year old with various images copied off Google in bad quality. I'd personally stay away.

Guys, it is not at all normal to pay 5000EU before you even see a contract!

Seriously?? I understand the desperation to get into the right seat of a 737/320, believe me, I have been there

But giving 5000EU away in such a manner is disrespecting your own self. Think about it, if you operated a legitimate trustworthy business - would you make such a demand of your client? You know the answer!

Run a million miles.

Do. Not. Pay. For. Line. Training.

Ever.

You are helping destroy your own future T&Cs.

Wizz, Ryanair, BA, Jet2 all take low hour NTR cadets. Why pay for line training?

This guy's absolutely right. However, if you don't, someone else will. Then you will be forced to live a life of regret when your friends are flying and you're still teaching PPLs at £20 an hour.

More likely you’ll end up thousands of pounds out of pocket and still no job.

easyJet/Wizz/Tui all recruiting white tails. Jet 2 offering an apprenticeship scheme where they’ll pay for your type rating. Why an earth would you ever pay for line training?

Maybe the person doesn't live in a country that these airlines operate in?
