Time limit for the modular route?
Hi,
I hope someone can clarify this for me.
I just read somewhere that thorugh the self-improver or modular route, you have to complete all the modules within three years from the completion of your first module i.e. PPL in order to gain your CPL. Is this true???
Id greatly appreciate if someone could confirm this for me if whether it is true or not.
Thanks very much
in advance

It is true that you have to finish the modules within 3 years. But I think that the clock starts when you pass your first ATPL ground exam. Also you have to pass all of the ground exams within 18 months.
Hope that helps,
