Deciding which route to take in my training (FAA to EASA)

Hello everyone,

New member here, and wanted to firstly thank you all for the valuable information that has been shared on this forum.

I wanted to ask for advice in regards to the next steps in my training, as I have various paths I can go on.
I earned my PPL this past February, and am currently time building with friends doing XC's, and simulated instrument time. My wife and I are moving back to Romania sometime in 2026, and my goal is to become a FO for Wizz Air or another similar airline.

Due to having our own business and my full time position at Boeing, joining the Wizz Air Pilot Academy is unrealistic for me, as that seems like the most direct and easy path. I decided to earn one license at a time here in the states, and when I move back to Romania, I'll have close to 300 hours (including the acclimatization flying I'll have to do).

I wanted to see what advice you all have as far as my situation. Am I on the right path as far as my next goals? Should I skip Commercial single as Commercial Multi is more favorable by the airlines? I'm just trying to make sure I don't miss anything.

Current plan:

Single IR (US)
Multi IR (US)
Time Build & Complete ATPL Theory Exams for Europe (US)
Commercial Multi (US)
MCC (EU)
UPRT (EU)
A320 Type Rating (EU)

Thank you all!
