EASA vs ICAO integrated ATPL

I want to start my pilot program but I have some questions.
I'm not a resident/national of the U.S./EU, so is it a good option for me to go for EASA/FAA ATPL?
I can't rely on my home country airlines as there is not much hope from them.
Are there any scholarships available?
What flight schools should I go for?
What can I expect after completing my training, I mean will there be any chance of me getting a job as an international student?
I am a resident (not national) of Qatar, if it helps with anything idk?
