I have thought about doing a degree and/or flight training in the UK but then came to the conclusion that it is much more expensive than doing it in EU instead. Even flight schools in Africa are extremely expensive compared to European flight schools.

I am not sure if there is any EU countries that provide post study work visa without require company sponsorship like in the UK, this can really be a good bridge to achieve residency, which will be a game changer in term of real chance to become a commercial pilot.
