Training language

Is it the case that all EASA ATPL flight and ground training is now conducted in English? I remember not long ago the ATPL TKI exams could be taken in other languages, and flight training could be done in French, among others, but I can't find anyone offering this now -- not looking to undertake flight training, just doing some language research.

Thanks
JT

In Germany it has to be in English.
If not, you have to pass an additional English exam.
