That's not suspicious at all! Apart from the website having been translated quite poorly into English, I'd love to know how they are going to finish ground school in 4/5 months.

Nothing in life is guaranteed.
If you think there is, I have a jar of magic beans to sell you.

Seriously though, even sponsored cadets (where the airline pays for the cost of training) will be out on their ear if there's a second Covid or 9/11 type event. A relatively unknown school in the Czech Republic where you pay the course costs is not going to get a higher success rate. And nothing is guaranteed, no matter what shiny marketing says.

Their webpage is also all over the place. In one place, it says guaranteed job. Yet in another part, it says guaranteed interview. They are to very different things. Then they claim to have a 96.1% success rate - though I am not sure what that is supposed to be in relation to.

Don’t know much about F-Air but almost all Eastern European countries have the same phishing scam: promise a job (airline, instructor etc), sneak into contract some kind of clause (pass all check rides or maintain certain average etc), get you into program, and FINALLY when you are almost at the end, fail you on one of your check rides and tell you: sorry!
