FAA CPL IR ME acting as PIC on multi crew jet

Hi guys,

can FAA CPL IR ME with PIC type rating on type fly as PIC from left seat? Meeting all other requirements beside FAA ATP ticket.Best Regards….

Under what regime, part 91 maybe, part 121 no.

What do you mean by citizen of the world? Anyone can earn FAA ticket, right? Of course it’s FAA ticket flying US registry aircraft inside and out side USA.

I just got the impression ahwalk was only asking where your employer is based: in the USA or elsewhere. That would have an influence on what regulatory requirements your employer would face.

Yes. In p91 ops.. you need an ATP to fly 135

yep, no probs.. you can fly a 747 on part 91 with a Private MEL and Instrument too..
