Flight Training in the EU (preferably Greece - Egnatia ) as a non eu/eea citizen

Hello,
I am a 17 year old who is very interested in becoming a pilot, After a lot of research I think Egnatia in Greece is a good option as many people regard it as a top flight school and they are approved by a few airlines outside EU. My initial plan was to permanently settle into the EU but then i found out that only EU citizens could get a job in European airlines. I did have a meeting with the addmissions officer in Egnatia and did mention I live in the Middle East and he recomended Qatar Airways but after reading the other threads about Qatar Airways I don't think that's a good choice any more. What options do I have in terms of getting a job after flight school, companies like Emirates, Etihad and Air Arabia only hire experienced pilots and the respective academics are very expensive if you can even get in. What options do i have? I haven't registered to any school and I am just trying to gather as much information as I possibly can. While some airlines outside EU accept easa licence most require the respected authority's license and thats not something I would be willing to do as i would have to redo all 14 exams again. Any advice or things that i am doing that are horribly wrong?

I'm currently a student at Egnatia and if you're planning to join as a self-sponsored cadet I strongly urge you to avoid. I can write a book with the reasons why... Most frustrating of all they give preference and priority to Wizzair and Aegean students in all aspects you can imagine especially in scheduling at the expense of the self-sponsored cadets. They also have a wonderful marketing team with so much false advertising. The state of the art campus is currently a construction site... Also in terms of flying days per year, the reality is far less than they advertise due to the mountain systems in the area all year round lol. Oh and in summer its unbearably hot and your flight can often be canceled due to high heat index. If you would like to know more feel free to send me a message.

I did try to send you a private message im not sure if it went through as it says i need 3 posts to get access to private messages. I would like to know more about this, i was searching for previous egnatia emails and found this. I am/was seriously considering egnatia before this, if you don't mind i do a a few questions, what do you mean when they give more priority to wizz air and aegean, do you know of any schools in the eu with a similar price range, if you opted for the accommodation how was the housing and transportation, and most importantly how did you find the pre entry test to be? and how did you prepare for it, i currently am subscribed to the latestpilotjobs compass test bundle would that suffice, im mainly concerned with the maths and physics part of it. I am sorry for asking so many questions, i would like to be fully prepared. I wish you all the best.
