Integrated vs Modular

I've been reading the threads on the pros and cons of obtaining work with Eze, Ryan, Britannia, et al. Ah- but what are the prospects for the graduates from the Ab-Initio courses from the various schools, who have been looking for a job up to a year, (or more), with no more than 180hrs tt on leaving the course? Hugely below most companies' stated minimums. Caught between the new and fresh applicants who are graduating now, and the self improver (modular) applicants with many more hours under their belt- trying to keep current, IR renewal looming, more costs, with only the Macdonald income to support these costs, is there any hope?

When the integrated course tt is so far short of most companies' minimum requirements, time for a rethink on which is the best course to take?
