(UK) Evenings to spend on extending skills

Well, after 40 years flying I find myself living in a single room in a shared house with a lot of spare time on my hands. I'm an SFI (10K hours flying Boeings and Bizjets) so I work decent hours but really need a 'hobby' to keep me amused. I taught TKI for about 15 years.

Are there any courses worth doing that I could do in my spare time to expand my knowledge and skill set? Teaching qualifications, Business Degree, Psychology in Aviation etc etc. Any suggestions where to look? Not much at the Open University site that appealed. Also, are there any courses where the ATPL/SFI would bring credits towards a qualification?

Many thanks

BU
