Canadian diploma with flight instructor rating

Good day ladies and gents,

I got an EASA Frozen ATPL 3 years ago, but unfortunately after graduating I wasn't able to get any aviation related job. Now after i saved up money, I want to continue my aviation education.

Looking at Canada where i am looking to get a transport Canada Cpl license and a flight instructor rating to get valuable flight experience and hours, however i want to combine this process with a manageable easy diploma preferably an aviation one cause converting alone combined with FI rating is of short duration and wont make me eligible for a work permit which i can use to get experience through instructing.

Checking many sites and aviation colleges websites i did not pass over any information regarding my circumstance, in which all of them combine flight training with a diploma only if you have little flight hours or none.

My main goal is to get my ratings and instruct as a part time job until i get my aviation diploma and work permit and then continue instructing full time.

If anyone have a better idea what north american colleges or unis combine flight training in my case with their diploma it'll be appreciated.

Listening also to any recommendations or suggestions.

Thank you all

If you decide to look at the USA as a place for college and flying, you might get some info from this organization. But don't get locked into an aviation degree since it's not necessarily an advantage in job hunting:
