Post Recruitment requirements?

Does anyone know Air Atlantique's, Isles of Scilly Skybus's, Jersey European's and Loganair's recruitment requirements?

My mole on the inside of Loganair tells me they are losing many experienced guys with resignations now almost daily. Even managers are jumping ship. Seemingly they have cocked up big time on the new rostering, lots of disquiet, resulting in many people leaving. The upshot is they will be recruiting many new faces soon, mainly for the Shorts fleet as existing 360 pilots fill the gaping holes in the Saab fleet. Also talk of a new type on the horizon, but who will crew it?

I also get the impression (though I may be wrong) that if you want to work for Loganair it helps if you are Scottish or live in Scotland.
