Hows everyone??
Been thinking about going to South Africa to do some hour building, does anyone know where is a good place to go??? Also when is a good time to go?? Any info. greatly appreciated!! Thanks. VP

thunderstorm season firing up here on the Highveld but they attack mainly late afternoon. Upcountry good for hot'n high type ops with great flyaways to game lodges and resorts. Contact me [email protected] for more info. Rates around US$50-00 per hour for a C172 (wet rate) at the schools around Wonderboom. Beer less than a dollar a pint......yummmmmm!

Try Progress Flight Academy, 43 Air School, FTC of George, Algoa Flying School - all on the south coast and weather this time of year very similar to UK in Autumn but you will get flying! Most of the above have Module One schemes designed for hour builders for JAA modular course.
