Is UPRT required to unfreeze ATPL?
Can anyone confirm whether or not a UPRT certificate is a requirement for the purpose of issuing an ATPL?
I did my first type rating in 2018, well before the UPRT certificate became a requirement for the first type rating, but now my authority is adamant that a UPRT is also a requirement for the issue of an ATPL despite having performed already two type rating courses.
Is there any difference between modular and integrated initial training?
