Hour building on P92

Hi,

Probably the dumbest question on the forum. Can hour building on the Tecnam P92 be counted for CPL.

No, because it is an ultralight aircraft.
In fact, I have over 80 hours in an ultralight as PIC, but none of these hours count for the PPL/CPL.

A question is a question.

Where are you based? The T92 can be registered as a "group A" in the UK, in which case the hours would count towards a CPL.

Edit: Noticed your location is IT, assuming that is Italy, in which case my comment is not relevant.
