Unhappy

I went there twice, for the PPL and Multi > didn't have specific issues whereas some of my fellow wanabee a PPL soon went through some quite scarry situations. I don't think it's related specifically to the place, It's the same everywhere in Florida >> MAKE SURE YOU LOOK OUT IN 2 DIRECTIONS AS THE SAME TIME AND GET AN EXTRA PAIR OF EYES IF YOU CAN !!! . When I was there last Septembre we heard about a mid-air in Vero beach involving a FlightSafety Warior, and Vero beach is a controlled airspace so.....

Isn't flying inherently dangerous anyway? Having done a PPL at Ormond and flown at several schools since, I would be very difficult to convince me that OBA was any more dangerous than any other flying school. I would be ready to believe that it is a lot safer than some!! The aircraft may be old and well used but they do have a maintenance shop right next door.
