L3 Harris Vs. Egnatia
Hi there! I've just been accepted to both L3 and Egnatia so now I'm faced with the decision of which to choose. I haven't been able to find much from recent students at the schools.
Avoid L3 Harris, don’t know much about the other school but if it’s Integrated stay clear. There’s no justification to pay obscene amounts of cash for the same licence you’d obtain through modular training. You can also complete a modular course faster than an integrated scheme.
Terms and conditions have fallen to their lowest I’ve ever seen - £16k with little in the way of job security or guarantees of anything.
Consider how wise of an investment a career in Aviation is right now.

I have worked as a FI for L3 in Portugal 2 years ago, do not recommend !
Egnatia in Greece has a very good reputation, worldwide.
If I were you, I would travel to Greece (before any decisionmaking !) and visit Egnatia in Kavala.
While you are there, I recommend to travel 100 km East to Alexandroupoli, where SKIES AVIATION ACADEMY is located.
I also worked for them, and think they are a very professional ATO.
Good luck !

Avoid L3 at all costs. Caveat emptor.

Accepted?
You having a laugh? You are a customer.
Tesco does not “accept” me when I buy a loaf of bread.
It amazes me that people believe what these sales people tell them!
