MCC/JOC EASA vs CAA

Just completed MEIR and CPL from UK ATO under UK CAA, however they are tied in with an MCC/JOC ATO which is EASA approved and not CAA UK approved. Is it best to find a UK CAA approved ATO and get my MCC/JOC done under UK CAA then convert at later date if need be? Or would it matter if the MCC/JOC is EASA and the rest of my licenses UK CAA?

APS / MCC with UK ATO as your licence will be issued by the UK CAA would be ideal.
