UK CAA is as stated in the email I received from them two days ago:
"I am writing to you with regard to the UK CAA FCL examinations that you have booked during the Government national restrictions lockdown period in England between Thurs 5th November and Wed 2nd December 2020. CAA senior management have reviewed the situation and the guidelines and have agreed that we will continue to deliver examinations during this period, we believe this is permitted under the government guidelines as we are providing educational services"
