206 and 210 training facilities in Florida
Hi everyone.
Wondering if anyone knows of a training facility in Florida or maybe even in California near the Huntington Beach area where one can get checked out in a Cessna 206 and 210 for a reasonable price? I have found 1 place in Florida to get checked out in the 206 and the 210 is in Cleveland. If anyone has experience with these training facilities that I'm going to mention below that would be great to get some insight on them too.
training facility for the 206 has Garmin 1000 is called paragon flight based in Florida. Their rate is
$305/hr wet
$65 instructor rate
1 hr ground and 3 hr flight
I find that a bit steep granted they say the aircraft is a newish model its a 2006 and has a G1000. But it seems pretty steep even when seeing the prices of the Cessna 210 that I got which is below.
Company is T&G flying club based in Cleveland
non member rate for 210 is $268/hr wet (but doesn't have G1000)
ground Instruction is $50
flight instruction is $65
Just wanted to check here if anyone knows of any other places that have these 2 aircraft and that could be at a better price maybe.
Thank you for your guys time and look forward to getting your insights.
Have a great day
Regards
Clinton
