Where can I find 'Line training' for ICAO holders??

Hi. Everyone.

I am an ICAO CPL holder without any type rating.

As a job seeker, I am considering getting type rating for A320 or B737, as well as having line training after initial type rating.
(I know there are somebody who hate self-sponsored type rating/line training scheme. However unfortunate guy from very tiny country without any general aviation businesses, the only way to get a first officer job as an expat is getting type rating & line training...)

I have already searched some type rating and line training programs, but I found that most credible programs are only for EU passport holders!
Rather that complaining for my passport, I am looking for another program for ICAO holders. Still not easy to find a good one..

Which TRTO offers line training after type rating? Any continent will be fine, if it credible.

If somebody has information, please share it for miserable 3rd world pilots...
