PPL @ BAe Jerez ?

Is it possible to do a PPL at BAe Jerez in Spain?
If so, how much does this cost? Cheaper than UK?
Also, where is Jerez?

Jerez is in the south of Spain, about 50 miles from Seville and inland from Cadiz
