IFR touch and go

IFR touch and go
Hello everyone, I'm an IR student who has his first navigation to a big airport. The airport we take off from is vfr, and I've only filed VFR flightplans so far. For the flight tomorrow I wanted to fly for real. My question is, if we do a touch and go at that airport, do I file 1 zulu flightplan or; 1 zulu flightplan with destination to that airport and put touch and go in the remarks + 1 yankee flightplan returning? How would you do it?

On your route segments, you should put a note VFR->IFR where your flight turns into IFR flight after departure, and vice versa. For example your may depart from ABCD (airport) (VFR) fly to a XYZ (vor station) and direct to another QBC (vor station of destination aerodrome)
ABCD -> XYZ (VFR->IFR) -> QBC -> XYZ (IFR->VFR) -> ABCD
And if your intention is to do a half hour of holdings/approach trainings over QBC, use STAY indicator:
... -> QBC -> STAY 1/0030 -> XYZ ...
and put more info to the Other Information section:
STAY 1 INFO: HOLDING/ILS APPROACH TRAINING OVER QBC/ABXX (vor and/or aerodrome)
When we talk to the briefing office, they (here in Poland) usually asks -is it VFR to IFR right?- whenever they hear the first VOR's name after departure aerodrome.
Also, when you plan to do some ILS/VOR approach trainings, always use the code of the VOR station next to the aerodrome, not the ICAO code of the aerodrome. They most possibly omit the code and only consider writing the VOR codes. Also you don't need to put names of the SID, STAR points to your route because ATCs usually advises or requests you to decide on that time (related to runway in use)
