Aspeq, how to fight them?

Aspeq, how to fight them?
Hello everyone,
I recently have completed exams with Aspeq who "pride themselves as the exam specialists" and being so far up their own ass they won't admit they're wrong.
Every exam I have done, I have had at least one question which has been marked wrong. I've gone ahead and researched further into the questions I answered wrong, only to find out I was in fact correct (don't get me wrong there are some I actually messed up). Now sure enough I've gone to Aspeq to raise the issue and don't get a reply. I've tried multiple times and they refuse to even acknowledge I have emailed them. I've even contacted CAA who confirmed I was correct.
Turns out Aspeq will only review the question if you pay them, which I refuse to do. Why should I pay them when they're wrong?
So, here I am. What is your advice, and no I don't want to let it slide because that goes against everything we've been taught.
