Angry JAA Approved flight training in the US

I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me if there are any JAA approved flying schools in Arizona, or more precisely but not necessarily in the area of Tucson. Looking for a flying school within that area to get my PPL and possibly a number of ratings.

I currently hold CFI CFII and MEI FAA lisenses and will get my FAA ATP aprox. by April/May next year based on my current total time and the amount of hours Im logging per month.
Currently Im using my ratings on a daily basis, so my skills wont get rusty.

Im originally from Norway and are currently researching the best and most efficient way to convert my lisenses to JAA. Ofcourse the cheaper the better, but I dont want to compromize quality either.

Are there any schools in USA that can provide a convertion from FAA to JAA ATP?

If not, what is the best way to proceed in Europa?
