Avoid!!! Aerostar training service in Kissimmee!!
Ground school was done with professional instructor. However, our long waiting has been started after that due to inoperative simulator. Students who started jet rating course in June are still on going. Students who started in July are still waiting. Most of them are not even yet flown with simulator. (we do not know how many guys will come in August) It’s August already..
We are not sure when our simulator session will begin and finish. Burden is increasing due to additional budget for our base camp like hotel, car, food, changing flight schedule etc. since nothing is defined and scheduled.
AEROSTAR does not allow refund or compensation to those students. Meanwhile talked to us directly that “AEROSTAR is doing our best to fix the simulator so please go back to your place and study more”. All were very shocked after his sentence because we could feel how this guy treats us. (by the way, most of staffs are kind)
We came to here with big dream but it became big disappointment. Most of international students want back to their countries but to due no refund, we’re now staying somewhere in Kissimmee with sadness and regret.
Tens of thousands internationally then no one would like to be with AEROSTAR in the future.
In China, there is famous saying that ‘feet-less words go miles’ which could be similar that ‘bad news travels fast’. So students satisfaction should be considered at first.
