Getting EASA ATPL theory exam. Where?

Hi everybody. I know this is a repetitive question but I just need some points to be answered:

1 - best country to get the 14 exams? (More flexibly in date options, etc)

2 - shall medical be same country than exams? Could medical be transfer from one state to other ( let’s say U.K. to other EU CAA)?

3- I see in some countries that exam fee is about €100. Is that per sitting or per exam ( i. e. : 4 exams in a sitting means €400 or €100?

4 - I know this is a personal question, but any clue in organizing topics x sitting?

5 - last one. For skill test: Can I take it anywhere different from the CAA where I took the exams?

i appreciate your answers.
thank you.
safe flights!

2. If you already have a Class 2, try to get initial Class 1 from where you got Class 2. Any other country will issue Class 1 for you if you ask them, but it's strictly not advisable for the moment.
Right now people who got their Class 1 from Poland (they got them when they were taking exams here) are having hard time in Hungary (they have Hungarian Class 2) because of some inter-CAA conflict about the transfer of medical exam results. Also Luxmed in Poland stopped accepting foreign licence holders for the initial Class 1 because of this.
Also good to know that you can renew your Class 1 anywhere in EASA, but initial Class 1 probably will be painful.

4. Try to group sort of "same kind" subjects. For example do Air Law and Ops together as well as IFR/VFR Comms in one sitting. Do not study Flight Planning before the Mass & Balance. Do not combine the most hardest subjects together like GNav and Performance, or Meteorology and PoF.

I just finished my exams in Poland and I suggest my friends to go AustroControl now. Poland may be cheap but the content of exams has changed over last six months.
