Hello there. I've been recommended a study book by the name of "From the Ground Up". Does anyone have an e-copy of the book (or a link where I can download an e-copy?)

It is well worth the sticker price. It will be a reference all the way from a Canadian GPL or RPL up to the ATPL and in many cases is the first book Transport suggests pilots reference for all licenses and ratings.
I bought my first one in 1997, my second in 2007, and I still reference it today when building airline training programs.
