Forum rules for Wannabes Forums

Hello,

I was asked by a friend to ask about the rules of this forum since he was getting random posts removed for no specific reason (like asking about exam questions in the topic EASA Exams or in the ATPL questions thread). Then he got banned for advertising for writing the name of the school where he is attending (he does also own one of the aircraft there and he is open about it) in a topic where a person asked about schools where you can quickly do time building. It looks like everyone else is free to write the name of their school there.

So for clarification and equal posting privileges on this forum what are the extra rules of this forum compared to the general PPRune forums? So everyone get the same information about what can be posted, because it looks totally random who can post what. The ATPL questions asked about that were removed were neither advertising or not on topic.

Hmmmm.

Sounds like KT1988 got banned and has assumed a new name.

Cunning or what?

I guess Goldilocks got eaten by the wolf. I guess not only Scandinavia that have rules and regulations, as I said before, steep learning curve ahead for KT1988.

I guess he kept plugging the FTO he was training with, and that he also owned a Cessna that the said FTO was renting from him. Maybe they saw this as advertising from someone with an invested interest in plugging this specific FTO.

Regardless there was a lot anger issues and ranting and raving in the posts, but I didn't personally see anything warranting a ban. But maybe it was to give him more time to focus on his studies instead.

Hope KT1988 goes back to his previous occupation: the legal profession.

Why do I think that he would be a nightmare on the flightdeck?

Why do they keep banning that guy? Looks like he was unbanned but got banned again.
He seems to be sincere and helpful, he has provided quite a lot of constructive and useful information, at least to me...
