South African ICAO CPL to EASA ATPL
Good Morning all,
I would like to find out from the members of this group if anyone knows the process or has done a conversion from South African ICAO CPL to EASA ATPL as I meet all the requirements for ATPL.
I am currently doing the Bristol Ground School and the Austro Exams.
One last thing I’m flying contract work (2months ON/ 1 months OFF) on the ATR Series, but this is really a lot of time away from home, so I’m looking to find a job closer to home as I have a baby on the way, I’m living in the UK now are there any airlines that will hire you before you have a full EASA licence. (Heard maybe RyanAir but I’m not sure how to contact them with regards to this if anyone can help with this too would be greatly appreciated)
Thanks all for the help in advance.

EASA Conversion easy in Athens, you can do your 14 subjects within 2-3 months (you can travel to Athens only when you have CAA Tests), now summer time the weather great in Greece so you can do your flight hours within 2 weeks.
Wish you good luck !!!!

I'm a Canadian with Canadian ICAO licence looking for work in Europe. From all the reaserch I’ve done so far, you can't fly on ICAO licence in Europe. Must do conversion. Check Fly-in-Spain, they are experts in conversions.
Good luck
