About 18 years ago I loaned the owner of CATS, Stuart Smith, £500 as seed capital to start his company going. This was in the days when he was a taxi-driver. My attempts to get get my money back have been fruitless. Does anyone else have such problems with this man?

Blimey, that's less than £28/year, or the cost of a cheap meal/take away, and decreasing year on year.
