Question FAA PPL+IR to EASA CPL

Hi,
If I have an FAA PPL and add to it IR
total time ~200 hours
And I want to do an EASA CPL (with ME and IR)

Besides the ATPL theory exams,
What will I need to do in order to be ready to work for EU airlines?

More precise - do I need to do an EASA IR, or one CPL+ME examination is enough to have all ratings?

Thanks ahead
