UK CAA to AustroControl

Is it possible to move from the UK CAA to AustroControl if you've already registered and sat exams with one of them?

If so, how would it work? Would it count as a second series? Could you move over your passed exams?

You will have restart the exams if you move. About the second series, apparently not - that was from a friends enquiry.
