CPL or ATPL

Hi,

Just arrived to the UK after completing a ICAO CPL(H) in Australia

Uncertain if I should do a EASA CPL or ATPL conversion

Unlikely will build to 1000hrs/ do an IR in next 5yrs, is it worth doing the ATPL exams or a waste of time so best to just stick to doing EASA CPL ?

Although not necessary to begin work, do most employers expect Jnr pilots to have frozen ATPL before being hired?
Many thanks

You could do the ATPL(H) VFR - there's no rush then to get the IR
